Rental for stay in mobile home, chalet or campsite pitches

Terms and conditions for rental : The rental shall only become effective through our agreement, and subsequent to reception of the lease agreement duly completed and submitted with payment of the below amount : 25% advance payment of the total amount of the rental + €20 for reservation fees.

Provisioning of the rental, payment terms and conditions, security deposit, cancellation, related fees, etc. :

* Mobil home, chalet : The rental shall be available as from the day of arrival prescribed by the lease agreement (from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm) until the day of departure prescribed by the same agreement (between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm by appointment or in accordance with scheduling availabilities). Cots and high chairs shall not be included in this payment amount. They may be rented with an additional payment and on reservation (depending on availability – see rates).

* Campsite pitch : The rental shall be available as from the day of arrival prescribed by the lease agreement (from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm) until the day of departure prescribed by the same agreement (between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm by appointment or in accordance with scheduling availabilities).

* Any and all changes in the number or identity of the persons initially prescribed by the lease agreement shall mandatorily be indicated to our reception services the same day. Any and all rentals shall be for named persons and may under no circumstances be sublet or transferred.

* Security deposit : The reception services shall ask you for a security deposit, payable by cheque, CB or in cash.
LES ALMADIES : - €300 for rentals, (returned the day of departure if there is no damage and the property is in perfect condition) - €3 per pool bracelet.

* The lessee shall be financially responsible for any cleaning of the rental. At the end of the stay, the leased property shall be returned in a complete state of cleanliness. Should its condition be otherwise, an amount of €80 shall be requested

* Cancellation : In the event of cancellation on your part, the reservation fees shall be retained or you shall owe them to us as compensation for premature termination of the agreement :
- an amount equal to 25% of the cost in full for the stay if you cancel more than 4 weeks before the prescribed date of your arrival ;
- an amount equal to the total cost of your stay if you cancel fewer than 4 weeks before the prescribed date of your arrival, or if you do not appear as of this date.
Any and all cancellations shall be confirmed in writing. In the event of cancellation for reasons incumbent on the Company managing the campsite, the client shall obtain reimbursement of all amounts paid.

* In the absence of a written message from the client specifying that he or she must postpone the date of arrival, the campsite pitch shall become available 24 hours subsequent to the arrival date prescribed by the lease agreement,
and the payment in full for the services shall remain required.

* Stay delayed or shortened : No reimbursement or reduction shall be granted in the event of a delayed arrival or early departure.

* Insurance : We advise you to take out cancellation insurance permitting you to be reimbursed should an event impede you from carrying out your stay. It shall fall to caravan campers to take out insurance for their caravan, tent
and/or equipment, as well as for their legal liability.

* Options : Options shall have no contractual value and may be cancelled without penalty on the part of either party, beyond a period of eight days, without confirmation.

* Payment of the stay : Any and all stays shall be paid in full at the latest one month before the arrival date. Complete payment shall be due for any and all rentals taking place less than one month before the arrival date. The means of payment accepted shall be the following : cash, bank or postal cheques, postal money orders, bank debit cards.
Foreign cheques shall not be accepted.

* The campsite’s liability shall not be incurred in the event of theft, loss or damage of any nature (vehicle or other) during or subsequent to a stay; it shall also not be incurred in the event of a power outage or technical equipment service outage. For your personal coverage against theft, damage, or damage you may cause in the rentals, it is indispensable to ask your insurance company for a holiday accommodation extension for your comprehensive residence insurance. Children shall be under the supervision of their parents.

* Pool : Access authorized to persons wearing trunks strictly reserved for swimming. Shorts and swimming shorts prohibited. Wearing of pool bracelets mandatory.

* Pets shall be prohibited in July and August. During low season, leashed dogs shall be admitted (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) on presentation of their valid and up to date vaccination certificate + tattoo card. You shall be asked for a daily additional fee. Under no circumstances shall pets remain alone at the campsite.

* Vehicle : a single vehicle per campsite pitch or mobile home. Any additional vehicle will be paying.

* Visitors shall be authorized from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm under the responsibility of their hosts, after their presence has been indicated to the reception services and after settlement, if applicable, of the prescribed payment. In any event, visitor vehicles shall be parked outside the campsite. Visitors have no access to swimming pools.

* Minors are not allowed without the presence of at least one parent.

* Noise or disturbance : Circulation of motorized vehicles shall be limited to 10km/hour and shall be prohibited in the campsite between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am (entrances shall be closed during this period). Use of sound devices shall not be perceivable beyond the limits of each campsite lot. As from 11:00 pm each shall mandatorily respect his or her neighbour’s right to rest. Those responsible for noise or disturbance shall be expelled, without reimbursement.
